Pro Class with Jade Adamson

Guest Artist Jade Adamson | Thursday 28 November | 9.30am to 10.45am | Govanhill Queens Park Parish Church

The class will focus on reconnecting with the body and aim to explore it’s movement potential in mindful and interesting ways. Inspiration will be taken from random imagery, music and dynamic play. The class journey will be through improvisations as well as some set sequences that will be open to interpretation.
