Connected with the Artists Research Bursaries, there is the opportunity for one of the supported artists to spend a week in 'residence' in Nethy Bridge.
You would be hosted by Robbie Synge and have use of a self-contained studio apartment in the village of Nethy Bridge, a small village in the Cairngorm Mountains. This will open the door to spending part of your research time in this natural landscape & open space of this environment. Robbie will be on hand to guide and advice as much or as little as desired. You can read more about the accommodation & Nethy Bridge here.
If you are interested in spending Time Away - Nethy Bridge as part of your research bursary, please indicate this in your application for Artist Research Bursaries , stating why you think this could be a valuable part of the experience. For the selected artist, up to 7 nights accommodation will be provided and travel costs covered in addition to the bursary.
