Michelle Ross

I work within the realm of dance, acrobatics, and aerial work. I started my practice with gymnastics at an early age and then went on to work with a dance company in my teens which brought me into the world of performance. I studied for my BA(Hons) at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London where I specialised in Swinging trapeze, dance trapeze, Chinese pole and hair hanging. We worked intermittently with the students at London School of Contemporary Dance whilst we were there. I since have travelled the world training and performing and most recently performed "Nosedive" at the Barbican by Superfan Performance - based in Scotland. I have since worked to develop my practice, training throughout covid and then deciding to pursure my masters in theatre and performance practices where I am pushing the boundaries of my own creative work withing dance, acrobatics and aerial within a theatrical setting.
