I am a theatre maker and artistic director of Tidy Carnage, a company that creates contemporary theatre that shares space with new text, movement, music and multimedia. We are interested in stories of love and loss; stories of memory and misunderstanding. We are passionate about the blank space on the page and the gaps not yet filled; collaborating with writers and artists to bring to life a whole world around and within their work.
The company engage artists across disciplines to create performance through a collaborative devising process. We approach the world from a feminist point of view and actively seeks out female artists to collaborate with.
Tidy Carnage have been supported by Creative Scotland, Arts Council England, Arts Trust Scotland and Ideas Tap.
