TWR Friday Social with Anna Porubcansky – after dark edition 8pm

This Friday in keeping with the Halloween celebrations and change in seasons we will be holding our Friday Social at a cozy 8pm. Join us in this after dark edition as current resident Anna Porubcansky will be sharing some research from new work that rips apart Mary Shelley's Frankenstein in order to examine our deepest fears around conception, birth and the creation of life. During this residency Anna is hoping to untangle the relationship between monster/creator, and the idea that a monster is, at its core, a concrete manifestation of our deepest-held fears.
So get cozy, light a pumpkin and tune in from 8pm – fancy dress optional. As always this will an informal event and you are free to participate in your own way with no need to come prepared to contribute.
This event will be captioned with Otter.ai and will run for 50mins, wrapping up before 9pm.
