The Work Room Policies

The Work Room Policies are developed in conversation with our Staff, our Board of Trustees, and our Members. They act as guidelines and frameworks to support and shape our work as well as set out expecations and intentions in thw way we work. We take advice and direction from sectors bodies and are often inspired by other organisations. Our policies are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
