Gail Sneddon "Savage Spaces" - remote residency

 This remote residency period will be supporting me to further develop my methodology for site-based work. For these two weeks I will delve into the geography, ecology, history, light and sound of unique sites across Scotland and investigate how this influences my artistic practice. The intention is to create a framework for site based works that can be performed from 2025 and to establish relevant partnerships and key collaborators. I am delighted to be working with Dr Athina Vahla as mentor who will encourage critique and reflection on the clarity and depth of ideas and artistic vision
