"In the Light of the Moon" is a piece of dance theatre, with original composed music by David Paul Jones, that explores the causes and effects of mental illness, the behaviours and patterns that often become a way of distracting ourselves from other bigger gaps or issues in our lives and an investigation into the challenges of the journey towards recovery. This residency will allow the work of the collaborating artists to unfold fully, to continue experimenting and taking risks even toward the end of the work’s development, to flesh out production ideas, to re-look at the work in fresh light taking into consideration audience feedback gathered at the Sharing of the work held during the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival Highlands in May 2019. 

Free company class will be offered at Eden Court Thursday 5th September, Friday 6th September, Sunday 8th September 9:30-11:00 each day.
