The Listening Body - Practice R&D
Kieran undertook a week-long residency exploring relational movement, Focusing, and embodied listening.
Drawing on training in Focusing-Oriented Therapy and improvisational movement, Kieran was developing a framework that invites us to slow down, attune to the present moment, and listen from the body’s perspective—through speaking, listening, and touch-based relational practices.
As part of their residency, Kieran led open morning practice and facilitated a workshop for members, 'The Listening Body'. The sessions are an invitation inward—to listen deeply, and to move from what is already there. We’ll move from the felt sense: a subtle, bodily knowing that holds more than words can say.
