About ReCharge

This three-day intensive course, ran in partnership with Dance Base and The Work Room, offers experienced and emerging dance artists and teachers, time to come together to reflect on and develop their teaching practice. ReCharge ran for the first time in 2025 and was a resounding success with a wide range of artists and practitioners attending to connect with their peers across the sector.

Building on YDance’s extensive experience in delivering dance across diverse communities, ReCharge will explore how dance can be a powerful social tool—boosting confidence, developing meta-skills, and fostering emotional awareness while creating fun and engaging learning experiences.
