My practice sits at the meeting point of dance, theatre, immersive learning and social change.

As a choreographer, performer and creative producer, I have spent over three decades exploring how movement can help people feel, understand and connect differently. My work has spanned inclusive dance-theatre, devised performance, community practice and creative collaborations, including Projekt 1192, Belongings, Limited Reality, The Clearing and SPeAR

At the heart of my work is a simple question: how can performance help people see differently, feel differently and act differently?

Through Involv Productions CIC, I am bringing these threads together again. I create immersive experiences and participatory performances that place people inside questions rather than simply presenting ideas to them. I am interested in what happens when movement, story and decision-making combine to create spaces where audiences do not just watch change, but rehearse it.

I am currently developing Where Angels Travel, an interactive dance-theatre work exploring climate and social change, transformation and our relationship with each other and the future.

Across all my work, I am guided by a simple belief: if we want to move people, we have to involve them...not just as audiences, but as participants in change.
