TWR Friday Social - Info Session for Call Outs: Studio Residencies & Artist Research Bursaries

We are currently accepting applications for both our Core Studio Residencies and a second round of and the Artists Research Bursaries closing dates of 7 and 14 June respectively.
In this Social we will hold an information session to talk more about these opportunities and answer questions from members interesting in applying. Members are only eligible to apply for either a Studio Residency or an Artists Research Bursary so part of this session will be to discuss the different ways in which each aims to support artists to develop work or their practice.
In the session we will hear from Anniela Piasecka, who recently completed a studio residency, about additional considerations and planning around current restrictions. We will also be joined by Clarinda Tse, who was awarded a Research Bursary in the previous round and will reflect on how this support contributed to their project or practice during the research period.
There will then be time for open conversation and to ask these artist as well as TWR team any questions. Please read through call out/s in advance to best make use of this session.

As always, our Socials are informal and you are welcome to participate in a way that suits you. If you have questions around an application that you would prefer not to discuss in an open forum you are welcome to contact us after the session.
