As an Artists-led organisation, the Annual General Meeting is a place for our membership to gather togethering, sharing in the responsibility of being part of The Work Room. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend - whether you have been a member for a few months or many years.
The AGM will be an on-line meeting on Sunday 26 October, 3 - 4.30pm. The meeting will include the charity's business procedures including presentation of the Annual Accounts and Trustee's Report on 2024/25, alongside reflections on our programme and share some future opportunities.
In addition to the usual governance business, we will consider a resolution brought forward by a group of members and supported by the trustees, that The Work Room endorses PACBI (the Palestinian Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel). Information on this resolution is included in the board papers. Members attending the AGM will have the opportunity to vote 'for' or 'against' this resolution or choose to 'abstain'.
