The Listening Body - Open Morning Practice

Wed 13, Thurs 14, & Fri 15 August 2025 |10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

These sessions are an invitation inward—to listen deeply, and to move from what is already there. We’ll move from the felt sense: a subtle, bodily knowing that holds more than words can say.

Drawing from my training in Focusing-Oriented Therapy and my improvisational movement practice, Kieran will be developing a framework that invites us to slow down, attune to the present moment, and listen from the body’s perspective—through speaking, listening, and touch-based relational practices.

Workshop

Saturday 16 August 2025 |10:30 AM – 1.30 PM

Kieran will be facilitating a workshop to share the culmination of a week-long residency exploring relational movement, Focusing, and embodied listening.

A shared space for deep listening and reflection—open to all!
