Pro class with Guest Artist Monika Smekot | Friday 14 February | 9.30am to 10.45am | Kinning Park Complex

The class will offer a unique journey of self-expression, discovery and play. We will begin by gently waking up the body and imagination. We will tune into the body's innate wisdom and connect with the space and others through creative experiments and movement sequences. 

The aim of the class is to encourage you to be curious about old and new ways of moving, find new patterns of articulation and also meet and explore your edges with care. We will work individually, in pairs and finish the class with group improvisation.
