I invite you to join me to warm from within. Sharing space together, this class aims to foster a sense of presence, urging ourselves to fully inhabit our bodies in stillness and action. Together, we will carve a space to listen - in - and -  take - off - from… curiosity. How does our experience of ground and gravity shift whilst in motion? How can we be in contact, autonomous and receptive all at once? Let’s Play, let us encourage the possibility in the yet discovered… Let us move together!
