PRO Class with Katie Armstrong

Katie is a dance artist, teacher and choreographer based in Glasgow. Katies class takes influence from both Cunningham and release based techniques.  Class begins with a series of simple exercises focused on centring the body before delving into more complex phrases travelling through space, and moving in and out of the floor.
