Friday class
We'll enjoy connecting to our bodies, souls and creativity - individually and together. Beginning with breath and tuning in to a deep and centred physicality, we'll move through a range of tasks to explore some of the infinite functional and textural possibilities in the body. We'll energise the space and each other with a Friday feeling of joy! We'll finish off with some extended scores looking at our interactions with each other, the music, and the space... and maybe throwing in some traditional Celtic flavours from Charlotte and Jack's residency research.

Thursday class
Starting with breath, we'll move through a series of floor, static and traveling exercises - taking a released approach to the fundamentals of technique. By grounding into familiar patterns of alignment and co-ordination, we'll aim to make space in the body - in pursuit of a big, rangy physicality full of freedom and power. We'll then channel this into some longer phrases moving through space.
