The session will be a relaxed (come as you are) guided exploration, moving solo, with each other and with the space, to dig into our individual pre-existing movement ways and maybe finding new ones. We will aim at opening up our anatomy's landscape, developmental movement patterns and imagination. We might shake for a good 10 minutes during warm up, and we will engage with some notions of space: "volumes of space", "the back body space" and also the term "laid back"...
