Networking Event: Focus on South Asian Dance
Sunday 13 September
11am-3.30pm
Dance Base, Edinburgh
RSVP, please email hello@theiya.org
Thieya Arts are delighted to be bringing together South Asian artists and art practitioners with members of the dance and wider arts industry in Scotland for a day of connection, conversation and sharing.
The event will create a relaxed space for South Asian practitioners at all stages of their careers to connect with each other, share their creative practice, and learn more about the organisations, resources and opportunities available to artists in Scotland.
The day will include workshops and information sessions, followed by an afternoon networking session with invited members of the arts industry.
We are also offering a limited number of £100 bursaries, as well as support towards some accessibility costs, to help artists attend the event. If you would like to request a bursary, accessibility support or RSVP, please email hello@theiya.org.
More information about the full programme and how to take part will be shared soon.
