Ahead of this conversation our Artist in Residence Rachel Laird will be sharing some of what they have been developing from 12noon - 1pm.
Rachel is in the studio developing a new solo Unbind in Softness combining movement, text and clay to explore softness and her own experience of body dysmorphia. The work aims to find light, joy and humour.
