Join our current Artist in Residence - Shelltoe Mel & her long-term collaborator Nadia Sewnauth, for an open level workshop delving into the foundations of Funkstyles.
We'll be covering locking and popping foundations, drills, handstyles and techniques. We will also be looking at musicality and rhythms using various music genres, finishing with our signature Female Funk Fruition style - The Soul Train.
Open to all movers regardless of style. We adapt our teaching to different levels and abilities.
