05.12.17 | 10:30am – 1:00pm
Theatre Nemo 128-130 Bridgegate, Glasgow, G1 5HZ

We are inviting independent artists working in dance and performance to come for a blether and to share ideas on the future of culture in Scotland. This event is hosted by The Work Room and Nick Anderson (Amplifier/BUZZCUT), in response to the Scottish Government’s call for contributions to the development of a new Cultural Strategy

#scotlandscultureconversation

As part of the event, we will create a response from independent artists on a vision for culture in Scotland and how best we can move towards this.

The event will run from 10.30am – 1pm at Theatre Nemo studio, 128-130 Bridgegate, Glasgow, G1 5HZ (opposite The Briggait)

Following this, everyone is invited to stay on for a bring-and-share lunch. Bring some food to share and take the time to eat together, and talk to people about their work.

Theatre Nemo is an accessible venue however if you have any particular access needs please contact us to dicuss.

Throughout December, The Work Room is supporting the fantastic work of Glasgow Women’s Aid by collecting donations of toiletries for women and children (including nappies). If you are able to contribute, please bring a donation along to this event or to drop something into us at Tramway.
